Amazing! Most needed! Here are a few thoughts that I can offer: * Retention : retaining customers is the biggest deal here. * Challenges to upkeep quality : pest control, plumbing, maintenance issues, food quality * Haggling prices: if commissions are involved then the PG owners will start overcharging the students by bypassing the platform.
