Concept: In a single sum replicating mohalla clinics at ward level and tehsil level making healthcare affordable at grassroot level because transit cost is more in case of rural areas Doubts: recurring cost per clinic (For eg permanent docs, visiting specialist docs, clinic manager, attendants, rent, misc cost) can it be done in about 5 lacs per month Revenue: can it attract 1000 customers with average @ 600 bucks. Can it bring 6 lac revenue Also i haven't added misc incomes of referrals for xrays /hospitals/ generic medicine shop franchaisee at every outlet
