Currently I'm WFH in a company which is in Noida with a package of 3.4L This is my first company and its been 3.5 years to me. I got an offer of 7.5L from Jaipur. My company is ready to retain me for 7L or 6.5L Now, I got a job offer of 12L per annum but I've to shift Pune/Chennai/Bangalore/Hyderabad. I've never been out and I'm scared. 😔 I've my queries: 1. How much will be the cost of living? 2. Which place is best? 3. Should I switch or be in same company?

Altman is correct. You’ll get way better growth, in one of those new cities with higher LPA, and don’t be scared, everything has a first time. You’ll learn so much firstly and ofc, earn so much more. Bangalore is pretty good. Though living prices wise Pune is better. Bangalore just has too much growth. That’s for sure.
