I guess we all faced a similar problem somewhere in our life , that is finding a room to rent for us when we were in college. That's why i think an simmilar app like Airbnb for students to find their rentals especially we can target the college surro
There will be two interfaces 1. Rent your place or something like that for the owners (There will be 99 rs. one time charge for posting his/her post and 5% of the rent i guess )
2. Find a rental, for the audience. ( There will be a no charges at first)
