In the peak traffic are in working hours mostly going to the work so we change shift starting time in company one hour after one hour ending shift also not in same time in each and every company we need to reschedule the working hours that time there is no traffic for example, A &B is two company they company finishing work time in same time so ther is lots of crowd in particular area, C is another company its working hours different from others company they company coming to that company ther is no traffic because working hours is different so we like to implement company hours different from each and ever company different working hours and different ending day and starting ,thank you for sharing my ideas with you
