Pricing- it will be main priority I would say be competitive but still give discounts and bonuses. 2. Delivery timing- most of the people doing work may daily need the food on time and they maybe in different locations everyday. The customisation you provided interms of protein, fiber, carbs and calories will be very crucial for customer experience. Challenges for you: 1. Huge competition. 2. How can you deliver them to different locations this will be very costly for you. 3.preparation of food in this cutomizable way is a huge task and you should keep your word with consumers actually. 4. I am concerned about supply chain, food freshness issues. It's always very hard but food industry always changes. Who knows this will become future Zomato for people.
