I beLieve it’s a very localised business, the neighbourhood people move to usually, they try to look around, a really offline behaviour. How will you change that?

Though i think it should solve a problem, but getting to customers will be tough, and the size of it, as a solution, Is not that huge. Nieche businesses are not at all bad!

I guess in India people don't trust these platforms enough to deliver them Everything for their dream house, they prefer to check everything offlines ones and then order. It'll be difficult to scale..and repeat rates will be very low.

According to me this work up to some extent I don'ts think you can scale it , it has many issue , like one is , consumer behaviour, see till now after burning lots of money , zomato and swigy were not able to change consumer behaviour in food delivery, then I don't think you will succeed in making this profitable. Yes hopefully at the beginning in your local you could be in profitable but as you try to scale it you will have to face many issues and had face losses . I hope this will help you .

Not scalable. The use case is definitely good and the TAM would also be decent but usually this is taken care of by the contracter/builder.

What is the TAM for this dude? People don't but tanks daily not even for months and some times year dude. Like currently most of the builders itself so this job by themselves. It's not at all an issue at this point. Pls don't go through this more. It's a very basic stuff in my opinion.

Sintex has its own website where one can buy online but this not a purchase done based on want, instead of researchering more about the tanks one would go with the choice of contractor or ask him to buy. Also Porter is there now which covers incity logistics for all different types.
