Bro, meaning of USP is what unique you are providing so that the competitors face challenge in your neice , how you would make a public park your own USP . Most of the people use headphones , but still there are some people who just came to revise or reading etc , what about them , you are building an business, you can't depend on such things.

That's what I am saying, my competitors are the normal boring libraries and i am changing that to provide the libraries inside the park , doesn't that make it a usp?? Yeah that's truee , I need to think more about how to challenge that, thanks for the input
