Example 1) LinkedIn :- They first focus only on Job Recruiters, once Job recruiter came to their platform, Job Seekers also came to the platform 2) Ola :- They first bring all drivers by giving them incentives, so all people came to their platform 3) YouTube :- They first only focus on Content Consumers, they showed them best content, then all content creators came to YouTube 4) Amazon :- They focus only on buyers, once buyers came all sellers join the platform 5) Jio Cinema :- They just focus on bringing audience by broadcasting free IPL, once audience came all advertisers and movie Producers join the platform Its very important to create an Ecosystem in your business
