Was the rise of edtech a ZIRP era thing? Almost all edtech have now become offline coaching classes. Where is the tech?

No. Edtech remains one of the biggest opportunities in India. ZIRP lead to excessive valuation in these companies. It is being rationalised now. Even offline coaching in 2024 uses 5x the tech that it used in 2014. It will only grow. You have to understand that technology is a tool to attain a goal. It will keep on improving, in education and other sectors. Impact in education would be more because education standards in India are very low.
