I was at 34LPA in my last job which I quit recently, took a break and the markets seem to have gone nuts? The highest offer I have received is 24LPA. Anyone else facing problems in switch?

Full time offers going to be like this. If it's wfh then take it. Try to freelance alongside. That is the only way to maintain your growth trajectory
WFH is a disgrace, people should stop bikering and immediately start going to office.
