Delhi-based leg care brand Varco Leg Care has raised $500,000 (over Rs 4.5 crore) in Seed funding round led by Sunicon Maiden Fund, an early-stage venture fund curated by Sunicon Ventures. Prior to this, Varco Leg Care had raised a cumulative Rs 3.1 crore ($370,000) through its previous funding rounds. According to the company, its valuation has grown by 2x in the past 10 months. However, it did not disclose the numbers. Varco Leg Care will be utilizing the capital to strategically bolster capabilities across various fronts, which include enhancing offline touchpoints, advancing research and development (R&D) initiatives, and scaling and optimizing marketing efforts. Varco Leg Care aims to revolutionise leg health management by leveraging technology and clinical expertise. The firm has created a wide range of leg care products that address the end-to-end leg health needs of customers worldwide targeting health issues like varicose veins, diabetic foot, foot ulcer, and restless leg syndrome, among others. As per the company, it saw 110% increase in the brand’s revenue over the past year. Since its inception in 2022, Varco claims to have served more than 5 lakh customers, and expanded its presence to more than 3,000 medical stores across Mumbai, Bangalore, Delhi, and other Indian cities. Varco’s products are available at organised retail outlets such as Guardian Pharmacy, Noble Plus, Wellness Forever, and others. On the online front, it sells its products through its own website, as well as via marketplaces like Amazon, Flipkart, 1mg, and others.

The Gurugram-based startup claims to have already onboarded hotels and short-term rentals as beta clients, with over 2,000 rooms collectively, including three global hotel chains. These clients have reported a 20% increase in operational efficiency, a 35% rise in guest satisfaction, and a 57% boost in incremental revenue. Guestara plans to expand its reach and targets a diverse range of hotel partners, from boutique independents to multinational chains. By doing so, the company aims to set a new standard in guest management, blending technology with genuine hospitality to deliver truly exceptional stays.

ExtraMile Play raises $500K in seed round led by GSF Gamified employee engagement platform ExtraMile Play has raised approximately $500K in a seed funding round led by GSF along with participation from Mount Judi Ventures, GrowthSense, and Growth91. Founded in 2011 by Pooja Bajaj, ExtraMile Play specializes in employee engagement services that provides a B2B SaaS platform with a library of more than 180 digital and virtual activities designed to build stronger, more connected teams through behavioral science and gamification. The company offers solutions for remote, hybrid, and in-office teams to foster a happier and more engaged workplace culture, serving clients across India and globally. ExtraMile Play aims to make workplaces more human and connected through AI-driven, gamified experiences that enhance engagement, learning, and wellbeing. The platform enables enterprises to build consistent and measurable engagement programs that align play, purpose, and productivity.
