The proceeds will help ZILO reach product-market fit, strengthen its hybrid supply chain, build brand partnerships, and expand beyond Mumbai to other major Indian cities this year. Founded by Padmakumar Pal, a former VP at Flipkart and Myntra, and Bhavik Jhaveri, a serial entrepreneur, ZILO offers quick delivery of fashion items from over 250 brands like Levi’s, Puma, United Colors of Benetton, and The Souled Store. According to ZILO, customers can receive orders in under 60 minutes, try items at home, and return unwanted products instantly. ZILO operates through dark stores and brand outlets to fulfill orders locally and promises only fresh, in-season products. It plans to stock nearly 100,000 styles and expand into categories like footwear and accessories by the festive season.

"Nexus is spearheading a $10 million funding round at a $40 million valuation," said one of the sources. "The deal has already been finalized, and existing investors are expected to participate." On Tuesday, Slikk announced $3.2 million seed round led by Lightspeed with participation from Multiply Ventures and angel investors including Abhishek Goyal (Tracxn), Abhinav Pathak (Perpule), Madhav Tandan, Nikhil (Panthera), and Saurabh Gupta (DST Global). Slikk targets young, impulse-driven shoppers, including students, professionals, and trend-savvy urbanites influenced by social media. Over the next five years, it plans to expand into tier I and tier II cities, offering 60-minute fashion delivery while diversifying into seven-plus lifestyle categories. The startup features more than 80 brands, including Snitch, The Souled Store, Freakins, Uptownie, Off Duty, Bonkers, and Bewakoof. "Quick commerce is trending, and investors have recently shown strong interest in the fashion segment. Slikk, a 60-minute fashion delivery startup, has raised $10 million in its Series A round led by Nexus Venture Partners. Existing backer Lightspeed also participated in the round. The proceeds will be used to expand into new lifestyle categories, introduce instant return options, and grow its presence in additional urban pin codes. Founded by Akshay Gulati, Om Prakash Swami, and Bipin Singh, Slikk currently delivers fashion products within 60 minutes across Bengaluru. It operates a Try & Buy model, providing rapid delivery and refunds. The platform targets college students, young professionals, and urban consumers influenced by social trends. The brand features more than 80 brands, including Snitch, The Souled Store, Freakins, Uptownie, Off Duty, Bonkers, and Bewakoof. Slikk plans to expand into beauty and personal care, footwear, accessories, and wearables. The company is also preparing to implement instant returns to increase customer satisfaction and reduce friction in the buying process. "We backed Slikk at the seed stage because their take on fashion commerce was refreshingly ahead of its time. The team built a product that truly resonates with its customers, reflected in strong retention and engagement. We are happy to double down on our investment and support Akshay and the team's focus on newer categories and reaching a wider audience across India," added Rahul Taneja, Partner, Lightspeed.
