Greenko ZeroC to supply renewable ammonia to Norway’s Yara

Hyderabad-based Greenko ZeroC will supply renewable ammonia to Yara Clean Ammonia, the world's largest trader and distributor of ammonia, for an undisclosed amount. Yara will use the green ammonia from Greenko to produce low-emission fertilizers and reduce carbon emissions in shipping and power industries. The agreement covers the long-term supply of up to 50% of renewable ammonia from Greenko's Kakinada facility. Greenko is developing a mega green ammonia facility with plans to produce and export renewable ammonia by 2027. Yara Clean Ammonia operates the largest global ammonia network.
