Bengaluru-based clean-tech hardware startup Enerzolve Smart Technologies has raised $5.1 million (Rs 44.9 crore) in a seed funding round co-led by Jungle Ventures and Kae Capital. The round also saw participation from several angel investors, including founders and senior operators from Zetwerk, Livspace, Unacademy, Urban Vault, and Panthera Peak. The proceeds will be used to accelerate IP development, expand engineering and product teams, and scale pilot manufacturing for its smart grid and energy storage products. It will also invest in certification and go-to-market efforts for utilities, private DISCOMs, and storage developers. Founded by Abhay Adya and Anupam Kumar Bhatt, Enerzolve is building semiconductor-powered embedded systems and power electronics solutions for smart grids, renewable energy infrastructure, and battery storage. The firm focuses on developing proprietary IP across silicon, firmware, and power electronics, aimed at utilities, EPC players, and energy developers. The startup operates across two key segments: smart grid systems including protection relays, smart meters, and analyzers, and energy storage infrastructure spanning batteries, BMS, PCS, inverters, and energy management systems. Its products are designed to meet India-specific regulatory, safety, and cost requirements.

Founded in 2025 by Archit Nanda and Rachit Bansal, KNOT is reimagining online fashion delivery with its 60-minute delivery model and Try ‘n Buy experience in Mumbai. The idea was born after the duo pivoted from their earlier venture Slick, spotting a major gap in how Gen Z and millennials discover and shop for fashion. KNOT currently claims to have partnered with over 70 fashion brands, fulfilling thousands of orders monthly. Its standout features include AI-based virtual try-ons, doorstep trials with instant returns, and influencer-led discovery. In the same space, ZILO secured $4.5 million in seed funding led by Info Edge Ventures and Chiratae Ventures, last month. Fashion delivery startup Slikk also secured $10 million in funding. Myntra, which launched rapid apparel delivery in December 2024, has now extended the service to additional cities.

KisaanSay, a cross-category direct-from-origin food brand, has raised $2 million in its pre-seed round led by Jungle Ventures through First Cheque@Jungle. The round also saw participation from senior leaders in the food industry. The proceeds will be used to strengthen KisaanSay’s marketing efforts, build team, and scale its operations, focusing on expanding the company’s product portfolio and distribution footprint. Founded by Nitin Puri, Manoj Karki, and Vaishali Mehta, KisaanSay bridges the gap between farmers and consumers by placing provenance. The brand partners with farmer collectives in natural farming clusters across mountain valleys, forests, tribal areas, and drylands, ensuring each product is grown, minimally processed, and packaged at its origin. With a portfolio of over 80 products spanning 12 categories, KisaanSay operates through a unique co-brand and co-profit partnership model with 20 farmer collectives representing more than 50,000 farmers. Its omnichannel distribution spans e-commerce platforms, its own direct-to-consumer channel, and retail stores in Delhi NCR.

Brand analytics platform GobbleCube has raised $1.9 million in its seed round led by Kae Capital, with participation from CRV and marquee angel investors. With this round of funding, GobbleCube plans to focus on its GTM strategy, starting with India, SEA, and the US. The funding will also be used for strengthening the product engineering capabilities. Founded by Manas Gupta, Srikumar Nair, and Nitesh Jindal, GobbleCube automates data and decision-making processes across the entire e-commerce value chain to boost share of voice (SOV), minimize out-of-stock (OOS), and prevent revenue leakages. GobbleCube uses AI and automation to streamline different aspects of data-driven decision-making including data assimilation, modeling, and triangulation to present brands with actionable insights. The startup is already live with multiple mid to large global brands. Lead investor Kae Capital had closed its Winners Fund II at $50 million in September last year. It is an early-stage investor in many leading companies such as Tata 1mg, HealthKart, Nazara, Porter, and Zetwerk, among others.

Eternz, a curated vertical marketplace for jewellery, has raised $1.15 Mn in its pre-seed round led by Kae Capital, with participation from Gemba Capital, IIMA Ventures, TDV Partners and Venture Lab. The proceeds will be used to target customers across urban India and partner with international brands to establish their presence, the company said in a press release. While the focus is online, it plans to launch an offline experience centre so that the consumer gets to touch and feel the jewellery. Founded by Arthi Ramalingam, Eternz curates designs from high-quality national and international brands and provides a unique jewellery buying experience online through innovative technology. Eternz is helping brands solve their key challenge of acquiring customers while providing a dedicated, trustworthy platform. The startup specializes in catering to a wide array of metals, including fashion/costume, silver, gold and diamond jewellery. It will continue to collaborate with brands and designers, enabling discovery and growth in this evolving market. Kae manages approximately $250 million in capital, having invested in 85 startups with a portfolio enterprise valuation of $9.88 billion. Its portfolio has a mix of B2B and B2C startups. Some of the investments are Nazara Technologies, Porter, Healthkart, Zetwerk, Tata 1mg, Traya and Square Yards.
