With this round, the company’s total funding stands at $11.6 million. The proceeds will be used to deepen product development around autonomous finance capabilities and expand Bluecopa’s footprint across APAC, North America, and the Middle East. The company is also investing in building specialised AI models for finance teams handling large transaction volumes. Founded in 2021, Bluecopa builds an AI-native platform that automates core enterprise finance workflows such as reconciliations, receivables, payables, reporting, and financial close. The company says its system is designed to replace batch-based and manual finance processes with continuous, audit-ready operations. Bluecopa claims to have reported over 5x revenue growth and a 3x increase in customers during the year. Its enterprise customer base includes large listed companies and private enterprises across sectors such as ecommerce, retail, logistics, travel, and financial services. According to the company, customers using its platform have seen shorter close cycles, higher process efficiency, and a sharp reduction in manual errors. The platform automates a large share of reconciliations and enables near real-time financial reporting.

Finance operations (FinOps) automation platform Bluecopa has raised $1.8 million in a pre-Series A funding round co-led by Blume Ventures, Dallas Venture Capital, and Venture Catalysts. The proceeds will be utilized to expand market reach, enhance AI capabilities, and advance product development, Bluecopa said in a press release. Co-founded in 2021 by Nilotpal Chanda, Raghavendra Reddy, and Satya Prakash Buddhavarapu, Bluecopa leverages AI and data analytics to enable the office of the CFO to drive efficiency through autonomous financial processes. It offers a comprehensive solution for modern finance teams and its cloud-native platform, powered by AI, provides a unified solution for finance teams, streamlining operations and improving efficiency. According to market research, the global market of FinOps is more than $40 billion. Bluecopa claims that its solution provides value to finance leaders from major industries like eCommerce, financial services, travel, logistics, and gaming. The company has added several prominent customers in the last 12 months.

Fuel tech startup Nawgati raises $2.5 Mn in pre-Series A round Fuel-tech platform Nawgati has raised $2.5 million in pre-series A funding round led by Ajay Upadhyaya along with participation from Deepak Bhagnani Family Office, MeitY Startup Hub, Aamara Capital, and other angels including Sanjay Sharma, Ashish Sharma, Prithvijit Roy, and Vivek Mathur. The Noida-based company had previously raised $1.67 million from MapmyIndia and others. The proceeds will be used for global expansion and strengthen its regional presence across India, Nawgati said in a press release. Co-founded in 2019 by Vaibhav Kaushik, Aalaap Nair, and Aryan Sisodia, Nawgati’s core offering is a fuel management app that helps businesses and consumers track fuel usage, find the nearest fuel stations, and potentially manage fuel costs. It also provides a dashboard, Aaveg, for fuel stations to monitor their operations in real-time. Additionally, the startup enables real-time oversight of critical station operations, allowing for better forecasting, smarter resource allocation, congestion management, powerful compliance enforcement, and strategic decision-making on the go. Nawgati plans to scale its fleet offering, which is already live with Mahanagar Gas, to other major fuel companies, advancing its aim to deliver smarter, more connected solutions for fleet operators and fuel stations.
