   In my current role as a Consultant with TCL, I managed transformation projects within Supply Chain Management, focusing on transitioning contingent manpower to managed services contracts. This required extensive coordination with internal business users and suppliers to facilitate the RFI and RFP processes using Ariba. I also supported for sourcing requirements related to facility management. My role involved consolidating information and preparing final documentation to ensure effective contract execution. My ability to align cross-functional teams and manage stakeholder expectations was critical in driving successful project outcomes and enhancing the overall efficiency of our supply chain operations. o In my role at NCC Ltd (June 2023 to March 2024) , I was responsible for transforming the manual procurement process into an automated system that significantly enhanced operational efficiency. I implemented procurement strategies such as Total Cost of Ownership (TCO) and Zero-Based Contracting (ZBC) to optimize spending and resource allocation. Additionally, I introduced auction strategies for high-value procurement, which allowed for competitive pricing and improved supplier engagement. The transition to online RFPs and the adoption of digital signatures streamlined processes, reducing turnaround times and enhancing accuracy throughout the procurement cycle.
