Planning and executing comprehensive communications and content plans by working closely with the Management and stakeholders. Developing and maintaining the content strategy through a combination of videos, blogs, and thought leadership in coordination with external agencies. External Agency Governance. Responsible for driving the brand and corporate reputation in the public domain - social media, online and offline media, and establishing and running an effective internal communications practice 360-degree branding activities PAN India Employee Engagement, Branding, Digital marketing. Handling Social media platforms.

   All over management of the journal’s publishing procedures. • Ensuring that the publication maintains the quality while adhering to the publication rules and applying for different reputable indexing agencies. • Guiding authors from submission to the publication process and is the main point of contact for them. • Training interns and helping them in time management and expanding their skills. • Arranging special issues in coordination with the Editors and international conferences. • Scheduling issues to be published in a year and maintaining publishing cycles. • Inviting reputed Scientists, Researchers, Professors, and other academicians to submit their research work from all over the world. • Arranging conferences with the Editorial Board members for the betterment of the journal. • Maintaining regular communication with editors, authors & reviewers. • Selection and guidance of reviewers and review process and systematic evaluation of the review reports. • Improve the language, Fact-checking, structure, Proofreading, the flow of the manuscript, re-editing and reformatting of the research, grammatical and technical errors makes formatting changes according to the journal’s guidelines and communicates the changes and suggestions. • Forming an active geographically diversified Editorial Board by assigning academicians. • Generating email campaigns and social media campaigns for the journal.
