   As the Director of EnglishCarrot, I oversee the strategic vision and execution of our mission to enhance English language proficiency, personality development, and leadership skills among students. I collaborate with schools to design and implement impactful workshops, ensuring they are engaging, practical, and tailored to the needs of students, especially in Tier 2 and Tier 3 cities. My role also involves mentoring trainers, developing innovative learning methodologies, and expanding our reach to maximize the impact of our programs. Through EnglishCarrot, I strive to empower students with the confidence and communication skills necessary for personal and professional success.
