   - We build and scale to a 3cr+ annual revenue startup, with a portfolio of 10k+ Products in 12+ Categories and 90+ Subcategories with a zero inventory model - Expanded the team to 35+ members and managed 15 people across Vendor, Category, Logistics and Customer service departments - Managed all aspects of the E-commerce business, strategy, growth and Ops including new product development, UI/UX Improvement and marketing - Handled end to end operations of the company, onboarded 500+ manufacturers across India with monthly 12k+ website visitors and 300+ orders - Increased E-commerce monthly revenue from 3lac to 15lac+ and ticket size from 2.5k to 4k+ by identifying & resolving customer pain points, a new category expansion and revamping the website - Drove operational improvements program; product standardization, vendor mapping, and logistics optimization, which resulted in reducing 40% logistic cost, 20% gateway charges and delivery time which resulted in increased gross margin - Drove new business initiatives; combo option, recurring option, packaging partner, design studio, refuse & sponsor products, and convert our vendors into our customers
