I started my career as a fresher at Techpixe with only basic technical knowledge. In the initial days, I faced many challenges while understanding the work and adapting to real-time projects. There were several ups and downs, but I stayed consistent, learned from my mistakes, and gradually improved my skills. Over time, my hands-on experience and problem-solving ability grew. Today, I am not only confident in handling my own tasks but also responsible for reviewing my juniors’ work and guiding them with constructive suggestions. This journey has helped me grow both technically and professionally, and it motivates me to keep learning and contributing more to the team.
