Membership: Open to any Indian citizen who agrees with the aims and objectives. 4. General Body: Comprises all members. Meets once a year. 5. Executive Committee: 7 members including President, Secretary, and Treasurer. 6. Meeting Frequency: Executive Committee – Quarterly; General Body – Annually 7. Quorum: Minimum 1/3rd of members required for meetings. 8. Amendments: MoA or Rules may be amended by 2/3rd majority of General Body. 9. Bank Account: Shall be opened in the name of the society with joint signatures of Treasurer and President. 10.
