- Overseeing agency-created content for various digital channels, including videos, Reels/Shorts, blogs, websites, emails & ads. Ensuring content is aligned with brand messaging and optimized for SEO.
- Identifying and leveraging customer testimonials, case studies, and success stories to build credibility and trust in the market.
- Developing and managing budgets for paid advertising campaigns. Optimizing spending to achieve maximum ROI and efficiency.
- Managing digital advertising campaigns, including Google Ads, social media ads, and display advertising.
- Setting clear campaign objectives and key performance indicators (KPIs)
- Optimizing campaign performance through CRO strategies, A/B testing of Ad creatives, Ad copies, landing pages on WordPress or Webflow, and other data-driven improvements.
- Tracking and analyzing digital marketing performance metrics on Semrush, Google Analytics Similarweb, Comscore, WebTrends & Hotjar.
- Planning personalized & event-based WhatsApp, SMS, Email, Push Notifications, Referral, Affiliate, and influencer campaigns through Hubspot to nurture leads and engage existing customers.
- Managing keyword research, on-page optimization, and link-building activities for better website visibility and rankings.
- Collaborating with cross-functional teams, including content creators, designers, developers, and sales.
