    • As the Chief International Officer, I am responsible for internationalizing Project Encephalon's initiatives, and expansion of the organization into new geographies. The CIO is responsible for the leadership and management of Project Encephalon's operations in different regions. • Working closely with Regional Directors, this position oversees the annual planning and implementation of PE's operations worldwide. • Established PE’s relations in Turkey, Norway, United Kingdom, Japan, United States, and Canada. • Additionally, I was also one of the organizers of the Mind Gala initiative, funded by the IndiaBioscience, a pan-India neuroscience outreach and communication initiative to make neuroscience a part of students’ daily conversations by simplifying neuroscience and making it more relatable by a myriad of vibrant initiatives like the Bheja Fry talk series, Lab Tours, Scientific Communication Workshop and Mentoring in Neuroscience, and networking opportunities. • Co-authored and edited a popular neuroscience book aimed at increasing neuroscientific awareness among high school and college students on various topics in basic neuroscience, brain health and disease, daily applications of neuroscience, mental health, and neurotech.     The Cajal Week was a week-long celebration of the birth anniversary and legacy of the legendary father of neuroscience, Dr. Santiago Ramon y' Cajal. It was a week-long symposium of invited talks from renowned neuroscientists from all over the world like Prof. Carmen Sandi, Dr. Nicole C. Rust, Dr. Sean O'Donnell, Prof. Leah A. Krubitzer, Prof. Claude Desplan, and Dr. Aixa V. Morales. The Cajal Week also featured a panel discussion on the intertwining of basic and clinical neurology and translational neuroscience, hosted eminent physicians, emerging early-career scientists, and students. Overseen, lead, and managed the logistics of the event. The event witnessed the participation of over 500 students from over 16 countries.
