Having served as a Customer Service Center Asst. Manager, I coordinated and supervised DMV programs and services to assist the management in the assigned CSC. Also, I oversaw facilities, service and financial operations, and the safety and security of DMV employees, assets, and information. I analyzed data from information databases as well as updated and maintained the data integrity of files and reports. This has allowed me to gain a working knowledge of accounting/inventory principles and the basis of data collection & analysis techniques. I assisted in various employee appreciation events, such as DMV Rally’s and Public Service Week.
