Is this Job Market Really Bad ?

Is the Tech Job market really that bad out there or it’s just the Covid bubble bursting ?

Feeling alone in bangalore, no idea what I'm doing. Feels like leave IT but then again comes about money, family etc.

Don't leave your job to have a startup first start your business make it successful then leave the job don't get to excited to easily by watching videos on YouTube aur anywhere

What would you suggest someone who's planning on resigning their current decent job for growth opportunities? How's the job market now? Is it dumb to leave a decent enough job but where the learning got limited with time?
