Home and lifestyle direct-to-consumer (D2C) brand Haus & Kinder has raised $3.3 million in a funding round led by Sauce VC, with participation from angel investors including XYXX founder Yogesh Kabra, Sangeet Agrawal, Navin Parwal, and the Chona Family. The Mumbai-based company plans to use the fresh funds to expand its presence in quick commerce. Co-founded in 2018 by Saket Dhankar and Kanupriya Anand, Haus & Kinder offers home decor and baby products targeting millennial moms with modern, affordable, and high-quality cotton items. The company operates through its website, online marketplaces such as Amazon and Flipkart, and quick commerce platforms. The company’s products include home textiles like bed sheets, curtains, cushion covers, and blankets, and baby essentials such as swaddles, blankets, and feeding pillows. The brand also features a signature line of ringspun cotton products. “Consumers are upgrading their houses much faster now. We are seeing a shift in consumer behaviour towards global trends in home decor,” said Saket Dhankar, co-founder and CEO of Haus & Kinder. Other notable players in this space include Nestasia, 10Club, Homecentre, IKEA, and Tata-owned Westside.

The proceeds will be utilized for the next phase of growth, including the launch of its first exclusive offline store by March 2026 and expansion of its design, operations, and technology teams. Outzidr launches up to 2,000 new styles every month, or 500 every week, through its own D2C platform and leading marketplaces like Ajio, Myntra, and Nykaa Fashion. “Outzidr represents the energy of a new generation — fast-paced, fresh, and fearless,” said Nirmal Jain, Co-founder and CEO of Outzidr. “We’re building a brand that listens, learns, and reacts in real time. This fundraiser is a strong validation of our mission to become the everyday fashion choice for Gen Z women — and of the incredible team and opportunity we’re building for.” According to market research, India’s fast fashion market is currently valued at around $10 billion and is projected to surge to over $50 billion by FY 31, growing at a ~30% CAGR. In just five months, the brand claims to have gained more than 100,000 customers. It primarily competes with other notable players in this space such as NEWME, Zudio, and Style Union.

Lifestyle brand Uni Seoul has raised Rs 5 crore ($585K) in a seed funding round led by Sauce VC, with participation from Panthera Peak Ventures, Arun Venkatachalam, Sangeet Agrawal, Navin Parwal, and Yogesh Kabra. The proceeds will be used to expand its offline presence in tier I cities, including Bengaluru, Hyderabad, and Chennai. Uni Seoul also plans to launch new private labels, upgrade its direct-to-consumer platform, strengthen marketing efforts, and improve its supply chain operations. Founded by Gaurav Karmani and Mohit Khurana, Uni Seoul sells products across home and living, personal care, gifting, and fashion accessories categories. The company operates four profitable stores in Pune, Hyderabad, Bangalore, and Nashik. The brand offers over 700 stock-keeping units (SKUs) across categories such as home & living, personal care, gifting, and fashion accessories. Approximately 40% of its products are manufactured in India through contract manufacturers, while the remaining are sourced from over 200 vendors in South Korea, India, China, and Vietnam. Uni Seoul operates two offline stores located in Pune and Nashik. The firm has also launched its online store in October 2023, which has contributed to 27% of its revenue without any marketing campaigns. The brand claims to have reported strong customer retention and an average rating of 4.8 across channels and aims to triple its growth in the next year.
