   Founder at EasExplore – a platform transforming hotel bookings and partner management in India. I led the end-to-end product design, development, and launch of both the guest-side and partner-side systems. My role involves: - Building tech to manage hotel bookings, payments, reviews, and guest data - Designing the partner panel for hotel owners to track bookings, assign staff tasks, and manage prices - Introducing unique features like Traveler Memory Cloud and EasExplore-powered Pods - Handling operations, onboarding hotels, and understanding ground-level hospitality challenges - Bootstrapped the entire MVP, working hands-on with development, UI/UX, and hotel feedback EasExplore is now live and onboarding properties, with long-term plans to expand into automation, data-driven insights, and international pods.
