   Senior Engineer

   In my current role as a Senior Engineer at Cosmos Impex, I am responsible for evaluating components for manufacturability and optimizing production processes. I develop efficient process flows, tooling layouts, and time estimation sheets to streamline operations. My work involves creating detailed operation process sheets and comprehensive Quality Control Plans to ensure high production standards. Additionally, I design preliminary fixture concepts and coordinate with manufacturers for their development and implementation. I oversee the fixture development process, from design to execution at customer sites, collaborating closely with the application team to ensure successful project completion. I also prepare cost proposals for turnkey projects and play a key role in supplier and customer negotiations.

   Process Engineer

   As a Process Engineer at Boyd Thermal Systems, I was responsible for designing new tools and fixtures while developing process flow diagrams, PFMEA, and standard operating procedures (SOPs). I played a key role in implementing cost-effective manufacturing strategies and process optimizations. Training and mentoring were integral parts of my job, as I conducted process training for Area Leaders and Setters and validated the effectiveness of the training sessions. I ensured accurate monitoring of cycle times and updated process documentation regularly. Managing tools and fixtures inventory was also part of my role, where I analyzed tool lifespan using historical data to optimize usage. I actively led process improvement initiatives, applying lean methodologies to enhance efficiency. Additionally, I designed advanced CNC fixtures using SolidWorks and developed CNC programs in Mastercam for manufacturing new products
