A toxic startup company This is a real story There is a company I came across, it wants employees to work from 10AM to 10PM and some teams stayback until 12AM to complete the work by manager and still employees including interns get scolded by manager. Not one or two, many employees shared the same story with me. It's fine, if companies don't appreciate but atleast try to create a positive and toxic free environment to work for employees So, I thought to bring this before all. So, what your thoughts on this
