If you closely observe this model, you’ll realize that it’s full of negative cash flow and difficult to achieve high retention rates in the initial phases. Let’s take an example: Mohito Mart is operating in Kanpur, and a customer named Shiv orders 2 breads (₹60) and 1 shirt costing ₹200, bringing the total bill to ₹260. Now, your delivery partner needs to travel to the shopping mall first, then the bakery shop, and finally deliver the items to Shiv’s home. He spends approximately 20 minutes purchasing the items and another 20 minutes delivering them. On top of this, there’s fuel cost, around ₹20, and he also needs to earn a profit, so his average fee is ₹30. Your platform’s fees, GST, and other charges amount to ₹20. In the end, Shiv will have to pay an extra ₹70 for the delivery service and 260rs for product so total bill is around 330rs But I'm getting same thing in quick commerce at 35% less price and Quick commerce offering 20% less price because they are operon in dark store's model . that's why you need to rebuild your revenue model because customers will never pay you this much charges and normal shops are charging extra commisions for thier sustainability so at the end of the day you need huye capital for getting better results also developing logistics fleet for Streamlining everything then highly complex algorithm according to indian shops is huge task and need good upfront capital.
See your all.data is only based on assumption just consider blinkit, it's similar but instead of warehouse here several stored will be present rest all things will be same, the amount of discount provided by blinkit can be easily provided by any shopkeeper if you analyse it on ground level
Interesting but What makes you different from zepto?
What about margins?
