Solution ke ho sakta hai ke jis cost apr veggies acquire karte hai us cost par sell kar sakte hai apne margin ko add karke

But you will decide the price at the begining of the month when I start my subscription, but then it will fluctuate and I will loose as a customer, This is not a workable idea

Basically sir pune wholesale market open in early morning 2am and we go to early morning to collect all vegetables as per pre order means customer provide me 1day before order and we collect as per order all vegetables and then we start delivery per customer order

Have you stress tested our revenue model? Fixed monthly subscription model for variable supply market seems like a mismatch.. What is your procurement strategy?

Inventory ek issue ban skta h because procurement toh ek sath hoga lekin selling ek sath nhi hogi. Quick Commerce targets Nuclear family or bachelors so here also they will be the targets but they won't buy veggies daily
