That is a very valid concern for a real judicial system, but Mootiqo is strictly an educational training platform, not a replacement for real courts. In our app, the 'courtroom' is a simulation for law students to practice. So, you are absolutely right, we want re-trials! The whole goal is for a student to argue, fail, learn, and then 're-try' the case again and again until they master it. Since the 'opponent' is an AI and the stakes are purely educational, there is no losing party to complain, just a student getting better at their craft
I wish to add some intresting suggestions like you also give some rewards and you also add cases which are still pending you can add cases with the help of govt.
